Tyllin -

The Tyllin are a bipedal race of flying/gliding omnivores, native from the gas giant, Fhije-6, a rare outer solar system gas giant. The gas giant has 16 moons, all of which the Tyllin have since colonized. The ominvores have created a monopoly on starship fuel, being able to retrieve potent gasses from the deep interiors of the giants. They have no allies, but no enemies either. They trade to all other species, and no species dares to attack them or their gas giant strongholds, at the risk of shutting down their main fuel suppliers. They are often also requested for helping clean up radiation leaks on other species planets, due to their tenacity from living on highly radioactive gas giants. They can live up to 700 years, and possibly longer, and are relatively immune to disease on their gas giants worlds. They are one of the few races that can live and colonize gas giants, but they are the only ones that can do so effectively. Their ships are heavily structured and armored, being some of the toughest ships out there, but usually they're only transport and not fighters. They do sometimes write contracts with the Dakurmus to get state-of-the-art stealth cruisers to protect particularly valuable cargo ships, but it's not common. The ships can also delve deep under oceans in search of fuel sources on planets, even their gas giants, being able to make it to the deepest abysses of these seas.
The Tyllin themselves are some of the hardiest races, covered in tough scales. Their bones aren't the traditional hollow bones with honeycomb patterns that most flying races have, instead, they're reinforced with thick cartilage pillars. They're a fairly easy-going race, and they're friendly when meeting other species offworld. One of the most popular planets the Tyllin own that's not a gas giant is a formal Mejral world, Beowar. Beowar is unique among Tyllin planets, as it's a mix of a gas giant and a traditional Mejral desert or mesa. The pressure of the planet isn't too intense for other species to die when stepping on the surface, but it's actually a nice pressure which still allows Tyllin to fly. Most of the civilization on Beowar is found up on high mesas and pillars of rock that almost float above the surface, but in fact their bottoms are obscured by a thick covering of clouds that envelops the planet. Waterfalls flow from the sides of mesas, disappearing into the fog below. There is a lot of bryce mesas, brightly colored clay and rocks that makes the planet look like a rocky rainbow in some areas. It's a beautiful place to live, and it relatively free of crime, which attracts many young families that don't want to live in huge cities.
Their homeworld of Fhije-6 is only inhabited by the Tyllin, although rarely there are ambassadors and traders from other planets there. Their main hub world for trading is Minde-2, a moon around a blue gas giant that has been terraformed and shielded for other creatures to live there. Another planet owned by the Tyllin is Qin-8, another moon nicknamed 'The Thieves Saloon'. It's known for being a terrible, dirty, disease-riddled place corrupted by crime syndicates and hostile species. However, a lot of advanced technologies have been developed there, for there are no safeguards, meaning many companies can do normally illegal experiments on Qin-8 without fearing arrest. Many more are being developed, and although the Tyllin own the planet, they do not own the streets. The most prominent gangs, or 'Qinlings', are the Nimbas and the Kiolis. The Nimbas are mainly run by Yesessi, being used to the crime on their own home planet and using it on Qin-8. The Kiolis are mainly run by Zakarias, using their energy-eating abilities to shut down spacecraft production facilities and shut down entire sectors of the city-wide planets power to get officials to do what they want.
Their closest trading partners are the Dakurmus, which they regularly trade stealth technology, Akots, which they trade terraforming tools, and Mejral, which they trade reinforced metals and glass with. There is three prominent Tyllin companies, which all do different things. There's Biari Air, a transport/shipbuilding company. There's Crosshatched Gear Corporation, which makes metal and mechs. Then there's their biggest, most profitable company, Red Mesa. Biari Air is responsible for the heavily-armored transport and cargo vehicles that the Tyllin use, and sometimes lend their skills to other various weapon companies, like the Atti'oin Year Walk Weaponry, or the Norfarasuk Weapon Company owned by the Akot, who make planetary cannons, designed for shooting down large cruisers. The Crosshatched Gear Corporation makes metal and exports it all around the galaxy, and also making mining mechs, battle mechs, and sometimes collaborate to make robots.. Red Mesa supplies starship fuel for almost every other race in the galaxy, and therefore almost has a monopoly on it. They take the deep gasses from gas giants and from suns, converting it to potent fuel.

Zakaria -

Cyberpunk glowy dragons. They eat electricity and therefore can't be electrocuted. They specialize in hit and run operations that wipe out entire city blocks or even planets of their power to make them surrender. Their economy is in terrible condition due to a bad conflict with the Sabreians.
